Sommers Schwartz, P.C., a Michigan-based law firm, needed to reach a large number of potential class action members spread across the United States to build a strong case and secure the best possible outcome after Lowe's managers alleged that the company withheld compensation for unpaid “off-the-clock” work in connection with opening and closing stores and performing exterior perimeter sweeps.
To overcome these hurdles, I developed and executed a targeted lead generation campaign to identify and connect with potential class members.
I focused on creating detailed buyer personas representing Lowe's hourly managers across the country. This included demographics, online behavior, and potential concerns regarding unpaid wages.
